    Hi Steve
    Thanks for the reply

    The lines that they added are the first 2 seen here

    CacheDisable public /
    CacheDisable private /
    # BEGIN WordPress
    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ – [L]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule . /index.php [L]

    # END WordPress

    I thought i was loosing my mind as they didn’t believe me at first.
    I told them numerous times in ticket support request that the installation was just a blank WordPress default theme and that was it.
    They where blaming me saying files were missing and that i needed a developer to adjust my WordPress missing files and all sorts of silly things.
    Look this is easy to install and that i have never had this issues before with other hosting websites ….unless something has seriously changed now with WordPress and its files.
