    Hi, and thanks for the reply. I think something went wrong during the transferring of hosts. I’m sure you are confused by the question since the person asking it is very confused

    There was just a an empty wordpress plugins folder in the root directory. I really have no idea how to proceed at this point.

    I tried uploading wordpress to the root manually. That didnt help. I’m not sure what went wrong to cause the 403 error. I tried talking to blue host, and they said there was no files in the control panel. But that I needed to upload myself. So I uploaded wordpress into the root. But i think maybe it is still missing some necessary files in order to get rid of the 403 so that I can install wordpress?

    Any help would be awesome!
