Unifying layout and content between “Home” and separate tabs, by mariaarcticom

Hi all. I’m struggling to make the home screen and the individual tabs’ layout and content the same. If I go to my homepage and just scroll down, my “Clients” and “Testimonials” looks great, but then when I go to the tab on the top of my homepage and go to those sections by clicking, what I get is completely different. What am I doing wrong? Thanks so much for your help.
