Two pages don’t appear in main menu anymore, by wr1t1ng

I originally had 7 pages showing on my site’s main menu:
Home, Proofreading Services, Transcription Services, Rates, Contact, Blog, More

When I added a subpage (Turnaround Time) to Proofreading Services, I noticed that the “More” page no longer showed up on my site’s main menu–although I could find it if I went to this link: https://www.christianproofreaders.com/more/

Recently I added a subpage (Testimonials) to my Home page, and now my Blog page is not showing on my site, although I can still locate it here: https://www.christianproofreaders.com/proofreaders-blog/

I would like to have all 7 pages showing on the main menu, even when I have subpages. My site’s theme is ISCA BY PRO THEME DESIGN.

This problem is causing me a lot of frustration, and I appreciate any help you can give. I apologize for not being very computer literate, and if you have any solutions, I will need the directions really spelled out step-by-step for me.

    Thanks so much!
