Theme customizations not showing., by forestpride

Whenever I make a change in the customizer it does not take effect until I update the page from the editor.

I can see the changes if I view the site while logged in, but if I go to the URL from a private browsing window so that I’m logged out I cannot see the changes I made to the theme.

I have tried purging the browser and the wordpress cache.

This seemed to begin happening after I changed my permalink settings.
