table wp_posts sense of the column “guid”, by franke12359

I’ve made a test site in the subdirectory /redesign/.
after installing a blank WP site with a separate database and copying all files with ftp and activation of the plugins the database of the original site has Links to the new site in it.
The original site is working well, but in the table “wp_posts” are in the column “guid” links to the new files in the subdirectory /redirect/ stored.
    The question is now
    1. What is the sense of this “guid” column and
    2. who has changed the value there
    3. How can I solve the problem

    Thanks for every answer.
