Some Pages not Fully Secure even with SSL Plug Ins, by wolsztyniak

I am getting a “Page not fully secure” in the Chrome browser and Google is telling me that it’s a problem in WordPress and not Chrome. I have a Billio theme by detheme and I suspect that may be the problem. I installed an SSL Secure Content Fixer Plugin and also a WordPress Force HTTPS Plugin but that didn’t fix the problem. I didn’t build the site but whoever did, made the subpages as a separate section in WordPress and it’s not part of the “Pages” section. It’s independent on its own. Please help – thanks!
