    Site display problem / exceeding cPanel hosting limits, by danielella

    Hi everyone, I apologize in advance because I’m not an expert and my question may sounds weird. We are experiencing site display problems: the homepage doesn’t not display the top slideshow and other blocks of contents. We received some alert from our hosting company for having exceed cPanel host limits several times but I don’t know if the two things are connected. There is also a strange line of code but, as I mentioned before, I’m not a technic, so I don’t if is actually dangerous or not:
    <!–[if IE]>
    <div class=”alert alert-warning”>
    You are using an outdated browser. Please upgrade your browser to improve your experience. </div>
    <![endif]–>

    It sounds suspicious to me.

    Thank you in advance to those who will help me.
