Server returned [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl, by madestef

After many successful months, my MailChimp RSS Feed newsletter stopped mailing. Upon investigation, I found this message is the RSS Feed setup at MailChimp: “Connecting to url (https://floridawriters.net/feed/)failed.

The screen suggested I validate the feed here: https://validator.w3.org/feed/ Upon doing so, I got this message: “Server returned [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:661)”

I also did an SSL test here: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html and got this message “Chain issue – Incomplete” which seems like it might be relevant.

My webhost, Bluehost, has not been of any help, and this is well beyond my level of knowledge and experience. I work on the nonprofit site pro bono. Can anyone help me resolve this issue so I can get our RSS feed newsletter going again?
