Screen Options in admin screens won’t open, by miloszjaksik

Hello,
since several weeks I cannot access Screen Options in admin screens. It slides down a little but without content. I tried solutions mentioned here:

and in other threads (plugins on/off, custom jquery scripts, etc.) but with no positive result.
I have this even on fresh WP install right out of the box.
I checked this on Firefox and Chrome mac.
Does anyone has solution for that? Does anyone has similar problem?
