A new account is not needed, when WordPress is installed it is asking for a username /
e-mail & password for the Administrator account so that is probably already set up.

    The administration url is:

How did you install WordPress? Manually or via your hosting admin panel ?

If you have used automated setup of WordPress from the hosting company you are on it should have asked to input a username / e-mail & password OR if the setup is fully automated informed you on what those are by e-mailing you / showing you the details before the process ended.

Now there is a way to see what details where used and even reset the password but that would require access to the database, except if the hosting company has another automated script through your account panel.

An extra note: if you installed it via an automated installer through your hosting admin panel ( plesk / cpanel etc ) there is usually also a link to access WordPress without inputting any username/password.
