You need to disable the present theme “excellent” so that you can get working again.
The way to do this is to access your website files using EITHER an FTP program, OR login to your website hosting management (probably cPanel) and use its file manager.
You then navigate to “wp-content/themes” and rename the directory “excellent” to something else, the WordPress engine will then use one of the standard themes, for this reason it is important that you have some of the standard themes available.
