If that the case, the problem might not from your website, but your WiFi connection, maybe your ISP is keeping your internet cache (some of ISP does).

You don’t have to do anything with your web such as disable all plugins and etc, since your site has no problem, just to make sure try to access your site using VPN or check your site via PageSpeed, if the looks of your site seems normal, then it’s just your WiFi connection
