    What shopping cart and what payment gateway are you using? Have you contacted the vendors of these plugins?

    CCBill gateway , S2member plugin over custom ccbill-s2member plugin made by developer.
    Its very slow to contact the developer. It takes much more time.


    But what do you mean by “whitelist them” (IP addresses) in this context?

    And whatever “whitelist IP” means in this context, since you presumably moved from one shared hosting account to another (higher) shared hosting account but on a different server, how did you “whitelist IP” previously? And if you did not “whitelist them” previously, why are you now convinced there is the need to do so?

    I didnt whitelist IP before. But it was working by cloudflare non-dns option for alias.

    I want to whitelist because I believe after moving to another server. The new server blocks those ips.

    Setup is this: CCBill Webhooks sends data > To data.mysite.com (alias) > Cloudflare ignores that alias (non dns) > Sends to my hosting
    Ive paused cloudflare but it still didnt work.
