    So you create menu entries for the categories you do want to be accessible, and leave out the facebook related posts. This way the posts you don’t want to be accessed will not be indexed in your menus.

    Another idea. Create a child theme and in it create a custom template for the facebook category posts, details here:
    When you put your links up on facebook, add an extra variable to them by adding “?fb=1” or similar. Then in the customised post template, test if the variable “fb” is set, and that it is “1”, if it does then let everything proceed as normal, if it is not set then the view is not coming from facebook, and you redirect to your front screen, or to somewhere else.
