    I note that you’re using WordPress 4.5.3; that’s insecure. You should update to 4.9.2 as soon as possible.

    With respect to the missing “plugins” tab, there are a couple of possibilities.

    First, you may no longer be an administrator. I’m not sure that’s the case, so the most likely thing is a plugin conflict.

    Via FTP or your hosting control panel, rename wp-content/plugins to wp-content/plugins-xxx and see if that brings back the plugins link on the dashboard. If so, rename it back and, one at a time, rename individual plugin directories until you find the one causing the problem.
