If you can get to your Settings > General in your site’s Dashboard, follow these steps: https://make.wordpress.org/support/user-manual/web-publishing/https-for-wordpress/

If you can’t, access your database via phpMyAdmin (usually found in your hosting account’s control panel) and add https to the siteurl and home values following this guide: https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL#Changing_the_URL_directly_in_the_database

Then, return to https://make.wordpress.org/support/user-manual/web-publishing/https-for-wordpress/ but skip the “Implementing HTTPS for WordPress” part (since that’s what you did in the database).
