Your theme appears to be a premium theme, Cheer Up by ThemeSphere. We can’t see the source code of the theme, and what logic it’s using to validate andor get the featured image. Your best bet is to contact them, its paid for so they should be happy to help.

If there seems to be some corruption between this one post and a feature image, you can recreate the post, giving it a new ID, I’d suggest:

    – copy/pasting the entire problematic page via the TEXT tab
    – noting the permalink slug, post date, and any other META data on the page
    – Renaming the problematic page and it’s permalink SLUG, Update (this is so you can create a new page with the original name and permalink)
    – Put the problematic page into the Trash
    – Create a new page with the original Title and permalink/slug, just make it the Title and featured image. Publish.
    – See if the featured image shows on front end,
    – if it does, paste in your content to HTML tab, Update post
    – See if the featured image still shows on front end
    – re-add your meta data
    – See if the featured image still shows on front end

if it was some super-weird corruption of data, than the new ID would free you of that.
