James I want posts from RSS feeds that refresh alone on time whish I set- but this me confused how set and how do this? Is this what I need – do I mean this add-on? I want to do this if I set XDA DEVELOPERS rss feed with 5 articles and somehow I install them to refresh in 10,30 minutes, do I do it? I do not know if I worked well?

HOW SET THAT POST FROM RSS FEED REFRESH ALONE ON ONE HOUR ? HOW DO THIS? WITH WHAT DO THIS- JAMES THIS I DO.
