Not much to go on! Could it be one of your plugins? If you have ftp access to your web space, you can disable your plugins with a slight name change, so change:
    wp-content/plugins/some-plugin-name/
    to
    wp-content/plugins/old-some-plugin-name/

If you can’t identify which plugins are likely to have done this, you will have to do the name change for all of them.

The name change will disable your plugins and you should now be able to access the admin side of your site. Address your plugins one-by-one, restore the folder name and reactivate the plugin in admin. Try to identify which plugin is causing the problem.
