Hey Shreyas!
There are two possible ways to create & manage role in WordPress…

1) Without Plugin:
From admin Backend, you need to Create a new user and assign role as per your need. you can even modify or change user role according to your need.

2) Using Plugin:
For that, I will recommanded you to install Capability Manager Enhanced plugin. Once you activate plugin, go to Users » Capabilities to modify user roles.
