Go to each post in the post editor and review if the allow comments check box is checked. If you do not see this, check your Screen Settings (upper right).

Next, check that you are allowing post comments, and are not limiting by time at:

Admin Dashboard>Settings>Discussion

I see Discus on some posts, but not all posts.

Also, check settings at your Discus account.
