    Your theme is Animal care theme, right?

    You need to change the logo css from Style.css file.

    .logo {
    float: left;
    margin-top: -13px;
    /* margin-bottom: -13px; */
    position: relative;
    top: -10px;
    }

    wp-admin > Login > Dashboard > Appearance > Editor > Style.css >(Search .logo in css and replace the css with the new css as above.)
    Note: Copy and paste your old logo css out and paste this new css as above.
