When you renamed the ‘plugins’ folder back naturally the problems is still there. Need to figure out which plugin is causing the issue.

    1. You can FTP into your site and go to that plugins folder and rename all the plugins you have in there. Once you are able to access the admin again rename each plugin and test. Once you find the plugin that breaks that’s then one you should delete or at the very least rename it.

    2. The other option is to deactivate all the plugins via phpMyAdmin. Look at the article and you will find instructions how to do this which is just a few scrolls down the page.

Once done you should be able to login to your WP admin. Now go to your plugins section via admin and reactivate one at a time until it breaks.

    I hope this helps.
