    Sorry for the delay in reply.

    Here’s what I would personally do next:

    1. Make sure there’s nothing extra in your .htaccess file. In fact, you could backup and rename your .htaccess file for testing. It’s always possible that there’s a rule in .htaccess that’s causing issues.

    2. Seek help from your host. Most hosts should be able to help you troubleshoot an issue like this.

    If, in fact, you’re seeing this error because of mixed content issues, I’d expect a test for mixed content to fail, but it didn’t:

    … but these show no problems.

    The whynopadlock.com results say that your server is forcing SSL. I have seen some odd issues with some sites where more than one thing are trying to redirect a URL at the same time. Again, I’d look first in .htaccess for a rule that is causing this.
