    I would suggest to start by looking in the header.php file.
    If you find the code like this… you will see facebook and can add instagram link and image in same area.
    Before making an changes to theme file, be sure to backup your site files and database.

    <div id="navigation" class="grid_3">
    <div class="social-icon"><a href="http://facebook.com/trishclarkgallery" target="_blank"><img src="http://trishclark.co.nz/wp-content/themes/trishclarkgallery/images/Icon-FB-Square.gif" alt="Trish Clark on Facebook" width="20" height="20"></a></div>
    <div class="menu-main-menu-container"><ul id="menu-main-menu" class="nav-menu"><li id="menu-item-32" class="artists menu-item menu-item-type-post_type menu-item-object-page menu-item-32"><a href="http://trishclark.co.nz/artists/">Artists</a></li>
    <li id="menu-item-1553" class="exhibitions menu-item menu-item-type-post_type menu-item-object-page menu-item-1553"><a href="http://trishclark.co.nz/exhibitions/">Exhibitions</a></li>
    <li id="menu-item-148" class="menu-item menu-item-type-post_type menu-item-object-page menu-item-148"><a href="http://trishclark.co.nz/about/">About</a></li>
    <li id="menu-item-149" class="menu-item menu-item-type-post_type menu-item-object-page menu-item-149"><a href="http://trishclark.co.nz/gallery/">Contact</a></li>
    </ul></div> </div>
