Hi there! Have you tried doing a “manual” upgrade of WordPress? If you’re not familiar with this, please see: https://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrading_WordPress#Manual_Update

Sometimes an update doesn’t quite get everything updated correctly – this is pretty rare but it can happen. Manually uploading the files via sFTP or SSH and overwriting the previous ones may fix that issue.

So the steps for a manual upgrade:
    1) Backup your files – copy them to a safe location)
    2) Download and unzip the latest version of WordPress to your local machine.
    3) Use sFTP client (like Filezilla) to connect to your server hosting WordPress
    4) Upload the files from the new WordPress folder up onto the server, overriding all files and directories *except* the following: ‘wp-config.php’ and ‘wp-content’.
    5) Test and confirm site works and you can login.
    6) If everything worked correctly, your site should now be running the newest version of WordPress and everything should be working correctly.
