Not able to upload media files or see media files, by

This has happened after migration
Things Ive tried :
downgrade wordpress to 4.5 and other versions
change media path in options.php
change media path in phpmyadmin
deactivate all plugins and themes
WordPress upload folders have 755 permissions
WordPress files within upload folder have 644 permissions.I did this using Filesilla
The only I noticed is that the addon domain is outside the public_html but i have a subdomain outside public_html as well and i can upload images no issues

Using a plugin called WP Original Media Path, i changed the path to 25kph.com/wp-content/uploads and still nothing

My site is : 25kph.com
not sure what else to do
I can install themes and plugins, no problem with that
