Injected files in tinymce – site hacked, by roundmom

I was recently hacked and have been cleaning up files I found on my site that are not required on my site. I found a bunch of files in the tinymce folder (public_html/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins)

As I’m cleaning up my folders, how can I set permissions to make my folders more secure, especially this folder that seems to be so vulnerable to hacking? I’m looking into a firewall, but can’t afford much so I’m trying to find a good value for my money.
