How do I find/fix 404 error text in my code, by pjc123

I ran the Screaming Frog SEO Spider program on two of my websites to clean things up, and I have a single 404 error on one of the sites. Now that I have the address of that error, how can I search all my code to find where it is located so I can fix or delete it, assuming that is the right thing to do? I can’t find it looking through various pages of the WordPress site GUI. I tried the string locator plugin, but it will not run. I searched through the site in Linux, but for some reason I can’t find it there either. As a side note I am using a child theme. I tried re-saving my Permalinks, but that did not help.

    1) In the Screaming Frog results, one listing is 301 (Moved Permanently), while the other one is 404 (Not Found). Looking at these two I see that the OK one has // instead of /. Both bring up a “Page Not Found”.

This is the offending address according to Screaming Frog of 404 (Not Found):

    This listing is 301 OK

    2) Here is the Screaming Frog active link that is working properly like all my other pictures:
