Font characters not displaying correctly under pinnable image options, by kendrkaye

I have noticed that when I use special characters such as an apostrophe in my Yoast snippet that they don’t display correctly in the pinnable image descriptions.

For example, one description has the word “doesn’t” it, which displays fine on my blog. However, if I try to pin the post all the image options show “doesn’t” as “does't”

Any thoughts on how to fix this? It bothers me that it looks so unprofessional.
