Child theme not displaying CCS the same on all sites, by tcwaters

I have a multisite installation with about 20 sub-sites (folders). Each one is set to use the same theme, which is a child made based on a purchased theme. All of the sub-sites display the child theme CSS properly except for one. I don’t understand why this might be or how to fix it.

I’ve gone in and activated a different theme, saved, and then re-activated the child theme as a way to try and fix it to no avail. What am I missing?
