WordPress fix Cannot Update Plugins and Themes

Cannot Update Plugins and Themes, by flatcat12

Hello,

when I click “Plugins” or “Themes” in the Backend then I get a time out error. This bug occured after I manually uploaded Themes via FTP (and I don’t know when it startet for Plugins).
I gave the folders in the FTP the correct read/write rights and it still occures.
