    My safest bet is the qTranslate plugin (as it is free and it comes easy when the client doesnt want to invest in premium plugins).

    The Google Translate is okay, but the translations are just not 100% correct - this is what I have been told when I was working on projects that involved - Russian, Italian and French. And when I tested it using my native language - Hindi - it was clearly visible.
