I am starting a store that will sell mobile phones and accessories. The store will start with 100 SKUs. I have little development knowledge, so handling and customizing the store is not really a big issue for me. My biggest concerns are that the platform I choose should have plenty of customization options and great performance. Now, I am leaning towards WooCommerce for the store, but I also have other options, like Magento and OpenCart. I read some reviews about WooCommerce that since it is a plugin there can be performance issues with it sometimes. On the other hand, Magento and OpenCart are little difficult to setup but they are better in performance. What would you guys suggest?

Woocommerce powers 37% of online stores across the world. It has a wide variety of plugins and themes from WooThemes, ThemeForest etc. With nearly 4.5 million downloads from Blog Tool, Publishing Platform, and CMS, WooCommerce is a very popular e-commerce solution for WordPress. Wordpress developers let merchants turn their WordPress sites into stores.
There are many platforms for ecommerce development like magento, opencart, prestashop and shopify. You may also go with pretashop and shopify as these are the most demanding ecommerce solution nowadays.
