Problem publishing updated page

Hey all,

Im having problems publishing my updated page and I would really appreciate some help.

Someone created a wordpress site for me, now I am updating it myself (just changing out the link for the embedded youtube video). However when I click "Update" and then "Publish" the updates don't go live.

I have tried deleting cookies from my own browser and I downloaded the W3 Total cache plug in to delete the cache from.
The only other thing to note is that the permalink on the page I am updating had a "-2" at the end.

Any help on this would be really appreciated.
