Landing page/timer plugin issue

Hey all!

Setting up a new website and using WordPress. I've not used it much lately and things have changed and I've never used it for websites other than a blog.

I found some free plugins that turn the home page into a landing page with a countdown timer on.

I installed them, activated them and set them to how I wanted them but they don't seem to load... Any ideas on how I can get this to work?
