I have no idea what I am doing with Wordpress, but I do have some experience with web design, and some basic knowledge of css and html.

I need to check some Wordpress basics with anyone who can help. Can I edit the font colour and font family using the Wordpress Dashboard, globally over the whole site. Or do I need to access the CSS? For instance I can edit what is called the H2 tag font, but it doesn't change all the H2 headings as some have a difference class.

The issue is as follows: I am a freelance Designer, I have been working for a firm advising on design rules and branding for over a year. The firm in question have just started using Wordpress for some of the SME's they have asked me to edit the font, font colour etc within a theme via the Wordpress Dashboard. And let's just say it's not going to plan. I think I could probably do it if I could access the actual code, but I can't seem to find where!?!

I would also point out that the firm have a freelance developer, whom I thought (no assumed) would do this. But I think the firm I work for are under the impression that these customisations can be made via the options.

    The theme is "Lovely"
