Hi, apparently I can't post a link to my site because i haven't posted 30 times on here. I am VERY new to wordpress and web design, i've done a tiny bit in the past but pretty much only adding blog posts. I am currently making a website to go alongside my companies existing one, however I can't seem to add in a hoverable dropdown box into a child page, below the text. The button appears, but the ones that should appear when the button is hovered over (the links) just appear below instead and the button does nothing. I just copied the html and css from w3schools page on how to create a hoverable dropdown but this (stated above) is what happens.

Is it problem with wordpress or am I missing something essential? Also, no I don't want to add dropdowns to my main navigation menu that is fine.

The theme i'm using is "Spacious"
