I have a wordpress website and I am running Xenforo and a Xenforo bridge. I have 15 plugins and when ever there is a update it says there is a update. But when you check updates nothing is there. Finally I started disabling plugins one by one and checking the updates. When I disabled w3totalcache I could see and run the updated. I am not sure if its a w3totalcache problem or if maybe the Xenforo bridge is messing things up. Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you Jacob, I have since tried Quick Cache and it was working great so I bought the paid version and it quit working. Lucky for me it was only $15, I emailed the company and asked for a refund I doubt I will get it. And then I ended up trying WP Super Cache and every thing seems to be working now.
