Easy fix, but I don't know how to do it!

Hi there community,
I currently am setting up a website and am having trouble figuring out how to do this.
I'd like to know how to have a two page blog site.
The first page is where I will post my own content for users to read, the second page is for users to post their own content together. I'd like it so that I am the only one able to post on my page but make it so that users (and I) can post on the other. Currently when posting, the posts go to one page (even though there are sub pages) and I cant get my content to go to my page, rather than this one general page.
I'd appreciate any help!

I figured it out,
If anyone has the same question, the answer you are looking for lies under categories and tags. Look for easy to use tutorials explaining them both.
