Allowing someone to post to draft mode?

    That option is found in the admin cpanel under Settings > Writing
    From there you can select the default for new posts to your site.
    There are free (and paid) plugins that allow for guest post writers that have more options than that of the standard WordPress installation and you can find those either from withing your admin cpanel under plugins > add new plugins then do a keyword search (guest post writers etc) or you could go to wordpress.org and search for the plugins there, either way will work. :)

    I like this idea. I also do it myself for my blog. My employees make the drafts. I review and then submit to publish. How much you charge for 500 words?
